Jiarong MEMOS tubular ultrafiltration membranes have high anti-pollution, high operational flux and exchangeable parts.
Project Introduction:
Lier Chemical's 7,500 tons / day pesticide wastewater treatment project is a very large MBR tubular membrane project.
Pesticide wastewater treatment is a recognized technical problem. Jiarong Technology applied its own high concentration technology to help Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. to reduce the discharge water in the original sewage treatment system and further improve the quality of the discharged water by introducing membrane technology. Membrane water production is up to standard. At the same time, the membrane system is used to treat part of the sewage to reduce the efficiency of the advanced treatment process after the secondary sedimentation tank. Reduce the amount of influent water for air flotation, advanced oxidation and aerobic, improve the overall efficiency of the advanced treatment system, and reduce the cost of dosing. The new treatment process jointly developed by Jiarong Technology and Lier Chemical can ensure the stable production of pesticide wastewater in the case of fluctuating incoming water, which provides an excellent demonstration for pesticide wastewater treatment.
